If you are experiencing a problem with an offer or a survey, simply click on the “Transactions” button located at the top right corner of the Peanut Labs’ Reward Center to view a list of all the surveys or offers you have participated in. Select the survey or offer and click the “Report a Problem” button.
There is no need to contact your app developer, Peanut Labs will work with you to get your rewards credited.
If you are unable to find the link or the survey/offer you are writing about is no longer listed in the “Transactions” section, simply email us at email@example.com. One of our representatives will be in touch shortly to discuss your issue.
